AGE REQUIRMENTS

Under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent to your appointment as written consent is necessary or contact us for the consent form.

CLINIC REQUIREMENTS

We do NOT allow babies or small children at any appointment as it is a working environment and not suitable for children.

Please turn your phone to silent while at your appointment.

LASH & BROW PREPARATION

Please arrive to your appointment with clean skin and free from heavy eye makeup NO MASCARA as this takes time to remove and will take time from your application.

PREGNANCY

Due to increased sensitivity and hormonal changes during pregnancy we recommend the you check with your Doctor on your individual needs before booking any treatments. We recommend that you wait until after the first trimester before booking any Lash or Brow services.

GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months. Please keep your voucher safe as it can NOT be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.

APPOINTMENTS

All bookings are made for Brisbane and times are in UTC+10:00.

We have eftpos available for purchases over $30. If you cannot attend this appointment we would appreciate 42hrs notice for any cancellation or rebooking.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

A deposit is due immediately upon booking for Cosmetic Tattooing Service, to secure appointments. The Deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IFBC reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Please allow 42 hours, notice when cancelling your appointment Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 42 hours’ notice. “No Shows” will result in loss of deposit and will not be rescheduled for future services.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up/colour refresh appointment, please call our clinic directly on: 0422157465

Touch-up/Colour refresh price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up. In order to keep your eyebrow tattoo results looking vibrant, a touch up within 12-24 months is recommended. The colour will fade overtime and need to be refreshed. Frequency of touch-ups depend on factors such as: the colour used (lighter colours fade faster), lifestyle, sun exposure, skin care products, use of harsh products or chemical peels, etc.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. All Coverups have an additional $100 fee. Coverups and colour corrections are possible in some cases. It can be a great solution and relief however not all previous work can be fixed or covered. Previous work can be very complicated, time consuming and results are NOT guaranteed.

The average eyebrow tattoo cover-up/correction usually require two or more sessions (6-8 weeks apart). Most correction brows require clients patience and dedication. Due to the amount of time and work needed to repair bad permanent makeup tattoo the cost and number of sessions cannot be predetermined.

If you have any previous work done by another artist, you MUST get approval before booking. Please send three (3) clear photos of your full face and eyebrows/lips with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting to (info@iflourishbeautyco.com). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS

All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all

Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment colour and lead to poor results.
